- Be at least 20 years of age at the time of pickup.
- Hold a valid driver's license issued in the United States.
- Not have any major traffic violations or DUI convictions within the past 3 years.

Ufyro reserves the right to decline any reservation request at our sole discretion if eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Reservations & Approval
Submitting a reservation form on ufyro.com constitutes a request — not a confirmed booking. Reservations are confirmed only when a Ufyro team member contacts you directly to verify your information and confirm vehicle availability. We aim to respond to all requests within the same business day (Mon–Fri).
Ufyro operates a limited fleet of vehicles. If all vehicles are rented, you will be placed on a waitlist and notified via text as soon as a vehicle becomes available.
4. Pricing & Payment
Weekly rental rates are communicated at the time of reservation confirmation. Rates are subject to change without notice and may vary based on demand, vehicle, and rental duration. A refundable security deposit is required prior to pickup, the amount of which will be disclosed during the reservation confirmation process.
All payments must be received in full before vehicle pickup. Ufyro does not accept payment in cryptocurrency or gift cards.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund of any advance payment.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of pickup: 50% refund; the remaining 50% is retained as a cancellation fee.
- No-show: No refund. The full rental amount is forfeited.
- Early return: No partial refund for unused rental days unless agreed in writing by Ufyro.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use an Ufyro vehicle for:
- Any illegal activity.
- Off-road, racing, or competitive driving.
- Transporting hazardous materials.
- Towing any trailer or other vehicle.
- Operating outside the United States without prior written approval.
- Allowing an unlisted or unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ufyro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our total liability to any renter shall not exceed the total amount paid for the applicable rental period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Rental Agreement
1. Parties
This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Ufyro ("Owner") and the approved renter ("Renter") as identified in the confirmed reservation. This Agreement governs the use of the rented Tesla vehicle ("Vehicle") and becomes binding upon pickup of the Vehicle.
2. Vehicle Condition at Pickup
At pickup, the Renter and an Ufyro representative will jointly inspect the Vehicle and document any pre-existing damage in writing. The Renter acknowledges the Vehicle's condition at pickup and accepts responsibility for any new damage identified at return that was not documented at pickup. Renter should photograph the vehicle thoroughly before driving away.
3. Authorized Drivers
Only the approved Renter named in the reservation is authorized to operate the Vehicle. No other person may drive the Vehicle without prior written authorization from Ufyro. Unauthorized drivers void all insurance coverage and make the Renter personally liable for any resulting damage, fines, or losses.
4. Insurance
Ufyro provides rideshare-compliant insurance coverage on all rented vehicles. This coverage includes:
- Liability coverage during active rideshare trips (Periods 2 & 3 on Uber/Lyft).
- Comprehensive and collision coverage with a deductible as disclosed at reservation confirmation.
- Contingent coverage during app-on/waiting periods (Period 1) where applicable.
The Renter is responsible for paying any applicable deductible in the event of a claim. Renter's personal auto insurance may provide secondary coverage — consult your insurer. Insurance does not cover damage caused by prohibited use, intentional acts, or driving under the influence.
5. Charging & Fuel
All Ufyro vehicles are delivered with a charge of at least 80%. The Renter is responsible for maintaining adequate charge throughout the rental period. Supercharging costs are the Renter's responsibility and will be billed directly through the Tesla app if the Vehicle's account is linked. Each vehicle comes with a mobile connector for Level 1/2 home charging. The Renter must return the Vehicle with at least 20% charge remaining. Failure to do so may result in a recharging fee of $25.
6. Mileage
Each weekly rental includes 1,500 miles. Excess mileage is charged at $0.15 per mile. Mileage is recorded at pickup and return via the Tesla odometer. For rentals extending beyond 1 week, the weekly mileage allowance resets on each renewal date.
7. Traffic Violations & Fines
The Renter is solely responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, tolls, and any other citations incurred during the rental period. If Ufyro receives a notice for an infraction that occurred during the Renter's period of possession, the Renter will be notified and billed for the full fine amount plus a $25 administrative fee.
8. Damage & Liability
The Renter is liable for all damage to the Vehicle that occurs during the rental period that is not covered by insurance, including but not limited to:
- Interior damage (stains, burns, tears, odors requiring professional remediation).
- Damage resulting from prohibited use.
- Wheel, tire, or rim damage not caused by a road defect.
- Damage to the charging port or onboard charging equipment.
In the event of an accident, the Renter must notify Ufyro immediately at drive@ufyro.com and file a police report if required by law. Failure to report an accident promptly may void coverage.
9. Breakdown & Roadside Assistance
All Ufyro vehicles include 24/7 Tesla Roadside Assistance. In the event of a breakdown, the Renter should contact Tesla Roadside directly (via the Tesla app) and notify Ufyro at drive@ufyro.com as soon as it is safe to do so. Ufyro will work to provide a replacement vehicle when operationally possible, but cannot guarantee availability.
10. Return of Vehicle
The Vehicle must be returned by the agreed return date and time. Late returns will be charged at the daily rate (1/7 of the weekly rate) for each day or partial day beyond the agreed return time. The Vehicle must be returned:
- Clean, inside and out (a $50 cleaning fee applies if the vehicle requires professional cleaning).
- With at least 20% charge.
- With all original accessories (mobile connector, floor mats, etc.).
- Free of any personal belongings (Ufyro is not responsible for items left in the vehicle).
11. Early Termination by Ufyro
Ufyro reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and repossess the Vehicle immediately if the Renter: violates any term of this Agreement, uses the Vehicle for prohibited purposes, fails to make required payments, or if the Vehicle is needed for urgent maintenance or safety recall. In such cases, a prorated refund for unused rental days will be issued.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the rental of the Vehicle and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements. Modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by an authorized Ufyro representative.
